At Mindful Body Balance, we believe that massage therapy is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. Our philosophy is centered around the idea that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, and that holistic therapies like massage can help to heal and balance all three.
As a licensed massage therapist and registered dental hygienist, I specialize in evidence-informed bodywork that supports both structural alignment and systemic healing. My practice integrates medical massage, TMJ-focused therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage to address chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, and dysfunction of the head, neck, and jaw.
With a background in dental hygiene, I bring advanced knowledge of craniofacial anatomy and neuromuscular patterns—particularly relevant for clients experiencing TMJ disorders, tension headaches, and postural strain. My lymphatic drainage work is gentle yet clinically effective, helping reduce edema, support immune function, and promote tissue regeneration.
Each session is tailored to the client’s therapeutic goals, whether that involves restoring range of motion, managing inflammation, or relieving stress-related muscular holding. I collaborate closely with other healthcare providers and prioritize clear communication, clinical documentation, and continuity of care.

Licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio as a massage therapist, I take a unique approach to therapeutic massage, which incorporates healing techniques, inspired by ideas from around the world. This includes an intuitive, empathic approach that is personalized to each individual client.
I specialize in relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, Swedish, and chair massage. Guided by the philosophy that healing is physical and emotional, I aim to improve circulation, alleviate tension, release trauma and awaken inner peace. I am certified in MCKS Pranic Healing Level 1, a no-touch energy-based healing system that uses 'prana', or life-force energy, to identify blockages and accelerate the body's natural ability to heal itself.
I am an avid music lover, enjoy meditation, time with animals and nature, and I am a passionate lifelong learner that continues to hone my crafts in holistic healing. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment in which clients may find overall well-being.

Communication is key. We need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, we will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
Massage is a tool to help heal. Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing. We would be honored to take that journey with you.
